Because each item is made with care, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll be happy to review your request and work with you to make it right.

Custom orders are made just for you and cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or there is an error on our part.
