Products

We do our best to show our products and colors as accurately as possible. Because screen settings may vary, colors may look slightly different in person.

Orders

Please make sure your order details and shipping address are correct before placing your order. Once an order has been placed, changes may not be possible.

Payments

All payments must be completed before an order is processed and shipped.

Shipping

Orders are processed within the time listed in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier.

Returns & Refunds

Custom Orders

Custom orders are made just for you. Once approved and paid for, custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded unless they arrive damaged or there is an error on our part.

Briminous Art Shop is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events outside of our control.

Custom Artwork & Commissions

Custom artwork is made especially for each customer. Please read the following before placing a custom order.

Quotes & Payment
After you submit a custom art request, Briminous Art Shop will review your information and provide a final quote. Full payment is required before any artwork begins. Submitting a request form does not mean your order has been accepted or started.

Revisions
Each custom order includes up to 2 small revisions. Small revisions may include minor changes to colors, facial details, clothing, or background details. Major changes or additional revisions may cost extra. You will be told about any additional cost before the changes are made.

Proof & Approval
You will receive a digital proof of your artwork before it is printed. Please review your proof carefully. Printing will begin after you approve the final design.

Reference Photos
Please provide clear photos when requesting custom facial artwork. The quality of your reference photos may affect the final artwork.

Processing Time
Custom artwork takes time to create. An estimated completion time will be provided after your request is reviewed. More detailed artwork may take longer.

Cancellations & Refunds
Because custom artwork is made specifically for you, orders cannot be canceled or refunded once drawing has begun. If Briminous Art Shop is unable to complete your order, you will be contacted about your options.

Printing & Shipping
Print size, paper finish, shipping, and other options will be included in your quote when applicable. Colors may look slightly different in print than they do on a phone, tablet, or computer screen.

Personal Use
Custom artwork is for personal use only unless commercial use is agreed upon in writing. Customers may not reproduce, resell, or use the artwork for commercial purposes without permission from Briminous Art Shop.
